Ivy Knight spent a decade as a line cook before leaving kitchens to become a food writer. She has written for The New York Times, New Yorker, Food & Wine, and others. She is also a filmmaker, whose short film series OPEN is produced in partnership with the Emmy and James Beard Award-winning media platform Roads & Kingdoms, and runs @allezceline, the world’s only Céline Dion parody meme account devoted to restaurant culture.
