At the center of Caper’s mission are three distinctive voices covering hospitality with the same creative energy that defines the industry: Annie Armstrong, formerly of Artnet’s “Wet Paint” column; Chris Crowley of Grub Street; and Emma Orlow, formerly of Eater. Together they will report on the New York restaurant scene and beyond.
