A former employee of Mattos Hospitality has alleged various forms of wage theft in a lawsuit filed against the group behind Estela and Altro Paradiso. In late March, Lee Litigation Group—a firm specializing in class and collective action suits—filed with the Southern District of New York on behalf of a former employee, Hollie Fitzhenry.
