W
hen Time Out Market Union Square launched in late September, it brought in its most famous tenant to greet the neighborhood: Kwame Onwuachi, who spent a couple hours working at his Patty Palace stall. The celebrity chef (Tatiana, Washington D.C.’s Dōgon, Miami’s Las’ Lap, Las Vegas’s soon-to-open Maroon) brought star power to the market. (Time Out replaced an Urbanspace food hall.)
